Ingredients (Makes 16 Bars)

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly caramel sauce (optional, for drizzle)

Optional Extras

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract in crust or drizzle
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for crust variation

Preparation Time

Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 20–25 minutes
Cooling time: 30 minutes
Total time: About 1 hour 10 minutes

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

Step 2: Make the Crust

In a bowl, combine:

  • Almond flour
  • Powdered sweetener
  • Salt

Add melted butter (and vanilla if using) and mix until crumbly but moist.

Press evenly into prepared pan.

Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

Cool slightly before layering toppings.

Step 3: Layer the Toppings

  1. Evenly sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips over the crust.
  2. Add chopped nuts.
  3. Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly on top.
  4. Optional: drizzle keto caramel sauce or sugar-free caramel bits.

Step 4: Bake the Magic Bars

Bake 8–12 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until:

  • Chocolate begins to melt
  • Coconut and nuts lightly toast
  • Edges are golden

Do not overbake; bars should remain chewy.

Step 5: Cool and Set

Allow bars to cool completely in pan (at least 30 minutes).

Refrigerate for firmer bars if desired.

Cut into 16 squares using a sharp knife.

Tip: Warm knife slightly for cleaner cuts.
